The main target group of the project are regional development institutions with trans-national development potential in the addressed regions and also their economic, administrative and institutional surroundings. On the administrative/institutional level the project specifically targets regional administrations and political key persons, local innovation, technology and transfer centres and research institutions and universities.

Additionally the project addresses innovative SMEs in the fields of interregional development with special focus on information technologies and cross-cultural competencies.

Through the partner constellation a special - but not exclusive - focus will be laid on new, innovative city services and services for restructuring regions.

Furthermore is to be mentioned that more than 1.000 public (equivalent) units and SMEs will be integrated in the project work and its results.
