Objectives To overcome current existing regional imbalances in the CADSES area and in the European Union as well as imbalances in between rural and urban areas by fostering and supporting the co-operation potential between SME and local administrations and different regional stakeholders. To support regional economies with methods for interregional sector and trans-sector co-operation between economic, scientific, administrative and technologic resources and to strengthen the promotion of innovation, education, training, research and development. To provide a standardised innovative co-operation tool which shall be transferred to and used by other regions to enhance the transnational, inter-sector co-operation potential of regional SME and to support sustainable spatial development at this level.
