In the short term the regional development institutions
participating in the pilot actions and other involved institutions
/ SMEs can be seen as direct beneficiaries, since they are testing
and evaluating the innovative approach of the project and are
directly involved in the process of generating and fostering future
interregional co-operations.
By working on the status quo survey, a large number of regional
institutions and SMEs (approx. 1.000) will be involved in the
phases of data collection, will receive recent information
throughout the dissemination activities and can benefit from the
findings published in the manual. In this sense all these
organisations benefit from the project in the short, medium and
longer term.
In the longer term, throughout follow up activities and jointly
initiated learning processes the results shall also be adapted for
other regions and be disseminated, transferred and applied also in
other regions.
