Description

To bring forward the structural change and adjustment of the regional industry linked to a reasonable employment creation, ReFIT e.V. - Association for the Regional Support of Research, Innovation and Technology for Structural Development –opens up the adequate support programmes and implements a variety of regional, national and European projects. 

In the field of employment support, ReFIT cooperates closely with employment agencies, municipalities, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, as well as regional administrations and social partners. Since the early 1990s, ReFIT has implemented a number of projects in the supported labour market, mainly in the fields of research and development, culture and tourism, social issues and environment; among them are European projects.

In the field of regional development, the association has been involved in a variety of local, national and European programmes and projects. These activities include the participation in projects supported by the European Commission, which aimed at the development and stabilization of small and medium sized enterprises in the region for sustainable job creation using the synergies of cooperating with European partners.

In the field project service, ReFIT possesses solid experiences in project acquisition and application, finance and project controlling, salary accounting as well as statistical analysis.
