Name: Ms Anja Ruhland Function/Position: I work for the non-profit association ReFIT – Association for Regional Support of Research, Innovation and Technology for the Structural Development – in Thuringia/Germany. ReFIT has 15 years experiences in the initiation and implementation of regional, national and European projects. As a KIM, my main aim is to contribute to an increased level of co-operation – within the region of Thuringia and beyond its borders – in order to foster the social and economic development of my home region. This implies the following activities: collect and diffuse information on themes of regional development, identify future co-operation potentials for regional and local institutions, SMEs and other actors and, accordingly, initiate and support co-operation projects. Services offered: - Provide information on existing regional, national and European projects and actors - Liaise with relevant actors and decision-makers on regional and interregional level - Support the establishment of new partnerships and foster partner and network management - Inform about current call for project proposals on regional, national and European level - Further consulting in the project development phase
